KETURAH RESERVE

This project involves the planning and execution of enabling and piling works for Keturah Reserve for the buildings MU-01, MU-02, MU-03, Villas & Townhouses at Meydan, Dubai. The scope of work includes site preparation, Secant Pile/H beam shoring works, construction of the main piles, excavation works, backfilling works, pile head cutting works, and pile testing works.

1000mm dia piles – 678 Nos. – Avg. Length 18.0m

• Shoring Works

600mm dia Secant Pile – 150 Lm

750mm dia Secant Pile – 1339 Lm

1200mm dia Secant Pile – 68 Lm

H beam Shoring – 220 Lm

• Excavation works – 242,000 cu.m.
