MARINA HOTEL & BRANDED APARTMENTS

This project involves the planning and execution of enabling and piling works for Marina Hotel & Branded Apartments at Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi. The scope of work includes site preparation and backfilling for piling platform, construction of the main piles, excavation works for the pilehead cutting, pilehead cutting works, and pile testing works.  

SCOPE OF WORK 

Piling Works 

600mm dia piles – 14 Nos. – Avg. Length 21.0m 

750mm dia piles – 546 Nos. – Avg. Length 26.0m 

900mm dia piles – 188 Nos. – Avg. Length 28.0m 

• Backfilling works for Piling platform – 40,000 cu.m. 

• Excavation works – 45,000 cu.m.
