THE BRISTOL HOTEL & BRANDED APARTMENTS

The scope covered under the Enabling Works Package represents the first phase of the overall project and is intended to prepare the site for subsequent main construction works. The enabling works include, but are not limited to, site clearance, establishment of temporary facilities and utilities, excavation, Soil Improvement, piling design and installation, and shoring design and installation. These works will facilitate the safe and efficient execution of the main structural and superstructure construction activities.
