This works involves Piling & Enabling work for Arada's W Residences.


SCOPE OF WORK


  • Up to bulk excavation levels (-2.10m DMD and -10.425 DMD including slope) 85.929 M3 

  • External Shoring wall system, Secant Pile Wall with Temporary Strut Supporting system including guniting 554 M

  • Design, supply and installation of a dewatering system

  • Design and Construction of adequate piling system 

  • Piling works 1000mm diameter piles 99 Nos and 1500mm diameter piles 190 Nos including associated Pile Testing Works
